Exhale-Healing Arts is an out-of network provider. This means that payment in full is due at time of service. A fully coded receipt will be provided if you wish to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement/application toward deductible. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

cancellation Policy

Clients are required to supply notice prior to cancellation.

Clients will be charged the FULL fee for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations with 48 hours or less notice: $100

Cancellations with 72 or more hours’ notice: No charge
